Using most other types of coconut oil will be bad because they contain hydrogenated oil – which has large amounts of harmful fats. These will clog the arteries and make us gain weight rather then lose it.
Take one teaspoon at the beginning of the day and one after lunch. Take small amounts so that your body is able to get used to the feel of coconut oil. Over time as your body grows accustomed to it you can increase the amount.
If you do not have any side effects after two or three days then you should be able to increase the amount between two to three teaspoons after every meal. Before you know it you will be feeling more energized and able to lose weight quicker than you thought.
